As part of your application to Dentapte, your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016) and the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”). This policy aims to inform you about the nature, purposes, methods, and security of the processing of your personal data within the recruitment process.
1. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The personal data you provide through the application form is used exclusively for managing your recruitment file. This includes processing and evaluating your application, contacting you, and managing relationships related to the recruitment of dentists and staff within Dentapte clinics.
2. Personal Data Collected
The data processed is limited to the information strictly necessary for the purposes described above, namely:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
No other personal data, in particular data relating to health, is collected as part of this processing.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing is based on your explicit consent, given at the time you submit your application, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
4. Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for an indefinite period; however, such retention is limited to the purpose of managing your application and in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Data Recipients
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized Dentapte personnel responsible for managing applications. No data is shared with third parties, with the exception of the service provider SendGrid, which ensures the transmission and secure hosting of emails sent via the contact form.
6. Data Hosting
Personal data collected through the application form is hosted and transmitted by SendGrid, a third-party service provider specializing in transactional email delivery. Dentapte does not store any data on its own servers. SendGrid implements security measures that comply with applicable standards; however, the exact location of its servers may vary and may include countries outside the European Union.
7. Security Measures
Dentapte undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. These measures include, in particular, restricting access to authorized personnel only, using service providers that comply with security standards, and continuously monitoring systems.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access: to obtain confirmation as to whether your data is being processed and to receive a copy of such data
Right to rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to erasure: to request the deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal obligations
Right to restriction: to request the temporary suspension of data processing
Right to object: to object at any time to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds
Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format

11. Cookies and Tracking Tools
The website only uses the basic features of Google Search Console for traffic analysis. No personally identifiable data is collected through this tool.
