Do you accept patients without an appointment?

Yes, walk-in patients are welcome and will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis whenever possible. In case of an accident or severe dental pain, we recommend making an appointment during the emergency time slots at one of our Dentapte centers—not necessarily the one closest to you. In any case, we will do our best to find you an appointment the same day.

Do you accept all insurance plans?

Yes, our Dentapte dental health centers are partnered with over 300 insurance providers, likely including yours. For more details, feel free to contact us.

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment at one of our Dentapte dental centers, you can contact us by phone or book an appointment online at www.dentapte.fr.

Does the patient need to pay upfront?

No, since we do not charge fees beyond the standard rates and offer direct billing with social security, the patient only needs to pay the co-payment. This corresponds to the 30% not covered by social security and will be reimbursed directly by the patient's insurance through electronic transmission, if they have one. For prosthetics (appliances, crowns, bridges, implants) and non-reimbursed treatments (periodontics, etc.), you can also benefit from direct billing on the amount covered by the insurance.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing for social security as well as for insurance coverage on all treatments, including prosthetics (appliances, crowns, implants), periodontics, and more. To benefit from social security direct billing, please make sure to bring your up-to-date health insurance card (carte vitale) with you during your visit.

Do you provide consultations for emergencies?

Yes, we offer emergency services on weekdays, Monday through Friday, at two of our centers in Île-de-France - Antony and Orsay (subject to availability). In our centers outside the Paris region, we strive to provide appointments as quickly as possible by reserving certain time slots for emergencies. Do you accept AME (State Medical Aid)?

Yes, we accept State Medical Aid (AME) at all our Dentapte dental centers. Just be sure to bring all the required supporting documents with you during your visit.

Do you accept C2S (Social Health Coverage, formerly CMU)?

Yes, we accept C2S (Social Health Coverage), formerly known as CMU, at all our Dentapte dental centers. Don't forget to bring your up-to-date health insurance card (carte Vitale) and your C2S certificate to benefit from direct billing.
